Account and order

You must confirm your email and sign in before placing an order. The checkout shows the selected service, the brief you supplied, the EUR price, the fixed conversion of 1 EUR = 5.5 RON and the final RON amount before you commit. Eligible monthly packages can be paid for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 36 months in advance. Prepay reductions are 5%, 10%, 15% and 25% respectively for 3, 6, 12 and 36 months. The chosen term and total are fixed in the order; renewal requires a new order and there is no automatic card charge. Eligible software projects are one-time purchases and may add maintenance at €500 per month for a selected prepaid term. Enterprise and unpriced requirements need a separate written offer.

Payment and invoice

Payment details are shown only in your private, open order. The transfer must use the exact order number as its reference. We confirm payment after matching the bank receipt; a transfer alone does not mark an order paid. The order payment request is not a fiscal tax invoice. The accounting invoice is issued separately.

Delivery

For standard services, initial delivery or activation is within 7 business days after matched payment. For custom software, delivery depends on complexity and is between 3 days and 1 month, with a maximum of 1 month under the agreed brief. We will tell you promptly if a requested brief cannot fit the selected package; we will not add charges without your agreement.

Consumer withdrawal

If you are a consumer, Romanian distance-selling rules generally give you 14 days from the service contract date to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. You can send a clear withdrawal statement to [email protected]. If you expressly ask us to start work during that period and then withdraw, the law may require payment for the portion already performed. After a service is fully performed with your prior express request and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may end. Your statutory rights are not reduced by these terms.
